MC-D series

The MC-D generates heating steam for general service. The furnace is completely cooled by water so that maintenance of the refractory is not necessary.

MJC Series

MJC Series

The MJC is a smoke tube type composite boiler. The exhaust gas section and oil section are arranged in parallel in order for the boiler to be installed in the duct with minimum installation space.

After-Sales Services

    In addition to regular maintenance services, we offer a range of value-added services to improve customer satisfaction.

    Featured service menu:

    Scheduled maintenance for long-term operation (control and electrical systems)

    We will carry out general maintenance of the control system while your ship is docked as a precautionary measure to avoid major accidents.

    Upgrade of control system to the latest version

    We recommend that you upgrade your control system to the latest version in order to enhance system response in emergency situations, and to ensure the automatic operation features of the control system function correctly in older boilers.

    Training at MHI-MME

    We hold a training workshop at MHI Nagasaki, to teach engineers how to troubleshoot boiler-related problems.

    Operational data logging for troubleshooting

    We will install a data logging function on the boiler control panel.

    Low Sulphur Fuel Oil Combustion System

    The combustion equipment and control systems of our auxiliary boilers are based on C-heavy oil basic specifications designs. We recommend adding specifications for combustion MGO (Marine Gas Oil) which contains less sulphur than C-heavy oil to your boilers. This method helps reduce SOx and CO2 emissions.
